Maruti Suzuki Q4 FY26: Revenue Soars 28% as Board Declares Record ₹140 Dividend
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. While the company recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue, a sharp rise in raw material costs led to a marginal 7% year-on-year (YoY) decline in standalone net profit, which came in at ₹3,591 crore. Despite the profit dip, the board signaled strong confidence in its cash flow and long-term trajectory by recommending a record final dividend of ₹140 per share (a 3.7% increase from last year’s ₹135). Following the results, Maruti's stock price dropped by 2.2% to close at ₹12,933. The market reacted to the net profit miss (analysts had estimated ~₹4,279 crore), but found solace in the record-high operating profit (EBIT) and the generous dividend.
