Company Incorporates Fujairah Entity with AED 1 Lakh Capital; Plans 1.65 MTPA Grinding Unit

In a strategic push to expand its international footprint, JSW Cement, a part of the diversified JSW Group, has officially incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Fujairah, UAE. The new entity, established with an initial share capital of AED 1 lakh (approximately ₹22.7 lakh), is the vehicle for the company’s ambitious foray into the Middle Eastern construction market.
The move follows the company’s recent Q3 FY26 board approval, signaling its intent to build a local manufacturing base to cater to the booming infrastructure demand in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
