Use of proceeds: This is a fresh issue of shares. Therefore, the net proceeds from the fresh issue will go to the company. They will be utilised for the following purposes: Funding expenditure for setting up 15 new stores — Rs 286.56 crore. Marketing and promotional expenses related to the launch of the 15 new stores — Rs 35.4 crore. General corporate purposes.
